Aliens with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics;
- 傑出教授及研究人員
Outstanding professors and researchers; or
- 特定跨國經理人或執行人士
Certain multinational managers and executives.
- EB-2 第二類優先工作人員
具有高等學歷並擁有特殊卓越才能的外國人士(包含要求國家利益豁免)
aliens who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees or who have exceptional ability (including requests for national interest waivers).
- EB-3 第三類優先工作人員
技術工人skilled workers、專業人員professionals、或其它工人 other workers.
